“The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, within walking distance of all the sites you would want to visit. We stayed here 2 nights instead of 3 as our plans changed. It was not possible to make that change in the app directly, but the hotel staff was accommodating and helped us out. They also arranged a transfer to Khiva for us at the same price as Yandex. The staff was helpful and very respectful. When we arrived at the hotel in scorching heat and I offered to pay for the room, the person at reception said "you can pay anytime, take rest first". Honestly, I haven't experienced such kind behaviour at hotels ever! It's the little things that matter. Highly recommended.”
