“location and peacefulness of the estancia. the history of it. the food. the comfy beds. riding and fishing with the children. lots of space for children to play in. beautiful countryside. the property was run down in many areas. The play equipment for the children was derelict as was the tennis court. one pool was out of action. the indoor was ok. not very attractive and extremely dangerous slippery floor. that left one outdoor pool which was fine if the sun was shining. The children play rooms lacking in things to do and the whole place needs some renovation. The farm area needed a good clean up and the chickens smelt badly. they should have been free range and let out during the day. our room was dull and dark with dark green paint on the walls. there is no bar area for an evening drink. not enough plates at breakfast and no bowls for cereals.”
