“No response. See below. While I paid for the room, we did not even stay at the hotel. Most hotels give 24 hours to cancel a stay, but this hotel required 48, so I was just a few minutes too late to cancel. We checked in, arrived at the room, and the odor of the room was overpowering. We turned around and walked out, finding other accommodations. Let me keep my advice short. It's all well and good to modernize lobbies and eating areas, but when old carpeting, dingy hallways and rooms that have absorbed years and years of odors and wear and tear are neglected, that can't be covered up. That's what your guests are most impacted by.”
