“The receptionist was welcoming and he made sure to provide us with much-needed details, prior to us going to our room. The lobby was exceptionally clean and neat, and had a pleasant odour. Management provided a healthy, balanced breakfast. This is sooo different from the traditional continental grab and go breakfast that some other hotels provide. We liked our room. It was meticulous, and the location provided a good view. On the contrary, my wife and son had difficulty sleeping, as the mattresses were too soft. My wife ended up with backache, as she spent most of the night trying to find a comfortable position to lie in.”
