“This was our 2nd stay here in 2 years. We chose it because it is in a great location to get into town, particularly if you want to take rapid transit across the street. Rooms are large with separate living and bedrooms and workable kitchens. Rooms are cleaned on alternate days. The exception this visit was the cleaning person tossed everything that was in the bathroom waste basket (tissues, paper and qtips) into the toilet. The first person at the front desk when we called at 9 pm said there was nothing he could do, the cleaning crew went home for the day. Felix then became our hero. He came up, emptied the trash from the bowl right away, and had to graciously plunge the bowl the next morning as a result of the issue of the trash. Outrageous act by cleaning crew, but Felix was responsible, understanding and apologetic.”
