“Nothing There was nothing appealing nor pleasing about my stay at this location. I will never again say or book a motel 6! Sonesta would never let me just stay that! When arrived to check in 30 min after check in time , the female /man at the front desk proceeded to tell me the room I reserved was booked out and I had to wait an additional forty minutes on top of the grace thirty minutes I allowed them. Making check in time after 4:40 pm which is unacceptable!!! They both said it was due to low staff and rooms not being cleaned on time ? How is that customers issues ? Sounds like an internal issue to me! The female at the front desk who looked like a male proceeded to tell me if I didn’t like it I could cancel and stay elsewhere. I requested to speak with the manager / supervisor on the clock. The manager was able to find a room available however the customer service zero as not once did I hear our apologies for the inconvenience! The rooms were low grade as the sheets were ruff , had an Oder like they had not been washed, no hair dryer , no iron, no shampoo or conditioner. I also got bit by unknown bugs around my ankles which were probably bed bugs. The water pressure was horrible with the sink and shower. Aside from that a few doors down there were a group of males selling drugs to people in and out the room or on the property coming and going. During the morning of checkout there was a female in the front calling her drug dealer begging them to stop by for another round. I have already made reports to corporations regarding my stay and what I witnessed while staying here!!!”
