“We were initially placed in a room that did not have an air conditioner that worked for a whole night. However, the next morning we were switched to another room with a properly working air conditioner. I felt that we should have at least received a partial refund for the first night of discomfort. In addition, a whole was placed on my account for the full amount of my stay which looked like had been charged double for the next three days. ”
