“We stayed there June 4-19. The employees were very friendly and professional! Jazzmon checked us in and she made sure everything was perfect for us and since it was our third year here and she thanked us for that. I don’t do elevators so she accommodated me by making sure we were on the first floor. Shaquera was absolutely friendly and professional; made sure we had everything we needed and I was tickled at her because our dIRECTV was not working and she was like “I’m not a tech but let’s see what I can do, do you need anything else?” Alicia was so sweet just extremely happy to help you! When you walked up to her, she had this smile that just made your day. Always trying to make sure you were happy and since we were there for our anniversary she put it on the screen in the dining room. She was so excited for us to see it, it made my day! Letty and Juanita are also so sweet, they made sure you had what you needed when it was time to eat and even asked “what do you like to eat? you don’t go hungry at staybridge.” The housekeepers were very sweet as well. Kept everything so clean and smelling so nice, I was very pleased! The only time they didn’t check on you is when you left the note “no housekeeping today.” We were very pleased with that. The property itself was clean, the rooms are very nice; it’s away from traffic and quiet. We used the grill this time and my husband loved it! The beds are very comfortable, I absolutely loved the room we had. I would recommend staybridge Webster TX to anyone! My only complaint is there was one lady there that worked at the front desk that was so sweet and helpful; I didn’t get her name unfortunately. We enjoyed our stay and Lord willing we will be there next year! NA”
