They spoke with the manager, and she assured me that she would confirm for Booking.com to refund my money before I left to the hotel because I cannot stay there another minute she tried to offer another role but the condition of the hotel you can tell that it was a problem as of now I still have not received my refund, and I have spoke with three managers as well as Booking.com the experience was terrible and I still have not got results.”
