“I had an disastrous day because of another supposed to be reputable hotel chain. Due to the the unnecessary circumstances of this chain, I was the distinct privilege of meeting LINDA!!! My husband was already frustrated from the previous chain actions. LINDA first of all was exceptionally kind and warm. She went way past above and beyond. She was amazingly accommodating . Very Empathetic about the position we found ourselves in. Her demeanor through the thing was perfect. She deserves a raise just for the way she helped us. I have no doubt this how she is with all of your hotel guests. She even graciously allowed me to give her a hug!!! I will always think of LINDA when I think of your establishment.”
