“The food at the hotel restaurant. It was an hr passed check in time before we could get in our room due to a checking of the rooms by cleaning staff. She asked for my phone number to call me when it was ready. I went up 2 more times after that&it still wasn't ready. Then once it was an hr passed check in i went up & the girl at the front desk said she didn't have my phone number to contact me to tell me it was ready even though I had given it to them & I was sitting in the lobby in front of her the entire time. The coffee maker had no start button & it took 2 days of requesting for a new one before I got one just dropped off in it room while we we're out. We had to remove the broken coffee maker & set up the be one. There was only 1 towel in the room. I had to dry off with a hand towel. The AC went out twice. My husband told the front desk &they sent maintenance after I the AC had already started back up. When the maintenence work was leaving he said is this the setting you want.? Which it was on AC at the tempature we wanted. So my husband said yes. & the maintenance man pushed a button really quick & left. Right after that it started to get warm in the room & my husband looked at the AC control &the maintenence changed it from AC to heat. We had to ask for towels & toilet paper because no one ever came by to provide anything. The only staff that were nice were the two bell hops in the front. They were super nice&helpful. And the two guys at the pool area were always trying to make sure we were both comfortable.”
