“The bed That they made an unauthorized charge to my debit card for 124.95. Which is still pending in my account. Because they still haven’t finished finalized or processed it. Said it was a mistake. I was in Georgia for a Celebration of Life for my sister. Not a vacation and I’m on a fixed income. I saved that amount on my debit card to get back home to Florida. I’m a 61 yr old woman Traveling alone, I was traumatized wondering how I would get home. I was scared. Had to call someone to send me money to go home with. I’ve stayed at the Super 8 in Macon Ga many many times and never ever had this happen to me. You can’t even call them, no numbers work. I’ve tried to call many times when I finally got home. Please , please finish finalize the refund so it will stop pending and put back on my card.”
