“After a terrible experience at another hotel, we were a little apprehensive about staying here, but the Comfort Inn completely exceeded our expectations. We arrived around 11:00 p.m. with two sleeping kids, and Adam at the front desk went above and beyond to make our arrival as easy as possible. The parking lot was full, so he actually moved his own car so we would have a place to park. We also asked for an extra blanket during check-in, and he immediately went out of his way to get one for us. His kindness and exceptional customer service made such a great first impression. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast each morning—it had a great variety and was much better than we expected. The location was another huge plus. Being right next to In-N-Out made it easy to grab dinner for the kids after a long day, and it was within walking distance of the beach. For a hotel in this price range, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here and will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Ventura!”
