“I chose this hotel after not being able to book a room at the Mayo but glad for it. The location of the Hyatt Place Hotel is perfect. It's right across the street from some of the buildings we visited on the "Art Deco Tour" during my stay. So much is within walking distance - the Art District, great eateries for breakfast, lunch and dinner, wine bars, etc. As for the hotel, it was easily navigable in all respects - everything easy to find, clean and all in good order. I had an exceptionally awesome room - great city view and the most comfortable bed, which I plopped down on and woke up on six hours later - without having moved an inch. The gym was on the smaller side and, aside from a full range of dumbbells, was sparsely fitted. I liked the hotel so much am thinking of sending them a more stable adjustable bench, maybe two.”
