“We checked in late around 1am on Saturday morning and booked 2 nights. We had a grocery bag full of food that could not be left out...steaks, salad, dressing, cheese and frozen bread. We were given a nightly rate, signed for 2 nights stay and went to our room for the night. Got up late and visited a winery and shops that day in the area. Upon returning around 430pm, our room key would not work. We were told our stuff had been packed up and left on a cart behind the check in. Needless to say it was not neat and all our food was room temperature. We were not called or notified of anything happening during the day. No manager has been available to talk to us this week and we received no receipt for booking. Poor establishment to kick someone out that has booked their stay only to say our room was requested by someone else. Never again will we stay here and definitely will not recommend for anyone else to stay. Would not have given 1 star for a review.”
