“We liked the closeness to everything. Beds were comfortable and clean. There were a huge group of homeless and what appeared to be drugged adults hanging out at the entrance of the hotel which made us feel a little unsafe. A lot attendant would be nice. I would have felt better leaving our vehicle parked while on the cruise. As we pulled up to check-in we noticed a couple arguing and getting fighting outside the doors of the hotel. The front desk employee did try to address the issue but I feel there should be security present during the evening hours. Unfortunately due to these issues we will most likely not stay again. It's a lovely hotel just not safe. Please let us know if things change we would love to continue to visit as we have many more trips to Florida.”
