“We had booked and paid for a room with 2 beds. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but when we arrived at 7:00 PM, our room was still not ready! They told us we could wait 20 minutes while it was being cleaned, but we ended up waiting for an hour, only to be given a 1-bed room because our original room wasn't going to be ready anytime soon. The next morning at 7:30 AM, a lady from the front desk knocked on our door, waking me up to tell us that the room we were in was supposed to be vacant and that we weren't showing up in their system! This was after they had literally given us the keys and everything! And that's leaving aside the fact that the place had absolutely no water pressure—taking a shower was awful, the bathtub wouldn't drain, and the vending machines were completely empty. On top of that, because of the room issue, part of our group of friends had to relocate late at night due to the lack of room space! Honestly, I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the place, but I truly paid for something I never received. Just as they expect us to be on time for check-out, they should honor their own times and requirements to provide a proper and timely check-in! All in all, a really terrible experience.”
