“The staff was not friendly or welcoming. Our room was not ready at check in time. Had to wait 20 minutes. Had to ask for an ice bucket and was told that all rooms don’t have ice buckets. Staff had to get one from another room. The toilet seat needed to be replaced as it was full of black marks. (looked like cigarette burns) There was a large white patch over a section of the wall with holes underneath. Also dirty handprints on the wall that could have easily been cleaned. We will not be returning to this hotel.”
