“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the White Elephant Palm Beach while celebrating our 26th anniversary. After a very difficult few years for our family, this trip meant a lot to us—and the staff truly made it unforgettable. Adam Yazinka was the standout of our visit. From check-in through departure, he went above and beyond in every possible way. He anticipated our needs before we even asked—whether it was having a beach cooler ready each morning or preparing bikes with waters and even protecting our phones from overheating. His attention to detail and genuine care are unmatched. Karen was also fantastic—so warm, kind, and sincere. Her smile brightened our day every time we saw her, and it’s clear how much she cares about guests. We also loved Xavier, John Wayne, and Luis, who made getting around town and enjoying the beach effortless and fun. They were always friendly, professional, and accommodating.
