“Overall, we had a great stay at the Sheraton Downtown Columbia. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and this was our second time staying here. When we first checked into our room, it was very warm because the air conditioning had been turned off, which was a little surprising for June. Fortunately, the room cooled down fairly quickly and wasn’t an issue for long. To end the evening, we visited the rooftop bar for a nightcap. The bartender, Christina, was wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of great suggestions. She recommended a delicious lemon cake dessert that was absolutely worth trying. The only downside to our stay was that there was no hot water in the shower. Aside from that inconvenience, we enjoyed our visit and found the hotel to be very comfortable. We would gladly stay again.”
