“I booked a room for a one night stay at this hotel (date of stay 5/29/26) for 2 queens. This booking was made directly through their website and the reservation was made in September of 2025 (8 months ago). Yesterday (about 4 weeks before our stay was to occur) I received an email from the hotel stating that they had canceled my reservation “due to a burst pipe”. Interestingly enough, when I checked the website, the exact, same room was available for the same date but at a $50.00 increase. So, I called the 800 number and was told “sorry” several times but that they could/would not honor the original price quoted for the room . . . But they would be happy to rebook the same room at the increased rate. Definitely some shady, bait-and-switch going on here: STEER CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL!!”
