“My husband and I had such a wonderful time that we have already booked a week next year, despite the cost. We are retired flatlanders so location and convenient amenities mean more ski time. The boot room and ski valet are so helpful, as are the door men/drivers. The front desk saved my husband with first aid when he cut his finger. And a big shout out to Paz, our concierge, for setting up limo transfers and a surprise birthday champagne charcuterie platter in our room after a spa. The one bedroom with full kitchen was perfect and housekeeping was very attentive twice daily. We had groceries delivered so only ate out on my birthday. The Viceroy cannot control the weather or noisy construction, our only negatives. We are looking forward to next winter and thanks to Maricela for helping us set that up, this time with our pet bulldog.”
