“It was very nice and the pool was wonderful in the past. I went to my room 210, and was checking out the room when I walked into the bathroom and I felt wetness on my face. I went to put the light on and slipped and fell on the floor in water. Once the light was on you could clearly see water coming out of the ceiling near the tub. I had to go to the hospital with a back injury and bruised swollen leg from hitting the tub when I fell and I was there until 9am. To sum it up, I paid for my room and didn’t even get to sleep in there because I was at the hospital. I did not use my room due to an injury sustained at this hotel and was treated like I did something wrong.”
