“We were visiting our son who lives and works in Madison and stayed at the Best Western Premier Park Hotel for 3 nights. This hotel is located right across the street from the Capitol and is walking distance from Monona Terrace, both lakes as well as a ton of shops, restaurants and bars. I could not have imagined a more perfect location. I had reservations about staying at a Best Western as the brand is not high on my list normally but this one blew me out of the water. It was a beautiful hotel and the staff were all very attentive, from the valet and bell hops to the front desk and the bartenders and servers in the Post (the onsite restaurant). The fitness center and indoor pool area were huge and well equipped with anything you could possibly need. I booked a King view room and it was beautful. the room was spacious and the view of the lake was spectacular! The room and facilities were very clean, although the carpets could use a refresh but otherwise everything was updated and well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when we visit next.”
