“My husband and I ABSOLUTELY loved this Candlewood Suites hotel in Sheridan, WY. It was our very first visit to Wyoming and our first stay at a Candlewood Suites property. This hotel in Sheridan WY is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming! We could not believe how spacious and well-equipped our room was! We were pleasantly surprised by the fully stocked kitchenette, walk-in shower, large bathroom with Dove products, and more-than-decent closet with hangers, iron, ironing board as well as a laundry basket. BONUS: the laundry facilities in the hotel are free-of-charge! You can purchase detergent and fabric softener from the hotel if you don't have your own, but you don't need to pay for the use of the washers and dryers! That was cool! But better than our accommodation was the customer service at the front desk. We arrived more than an hour before the usual check-in time, but the staff were happy to check us in since our room was ready. Reneria Campbell, the General Manager, was also VERY sweet and kind. She has the perfect spirit of hospitality! We're glad we picked Candlewood Suites and will stay at this property again if we return to Sheridan! There was NOTHING we didn't like. Everything exceeded our expectations!”
