“We booked here mainly for the shuttle that picks you up at airport and takes you to the hotel. We flew in at night for a cruise the next day. You have to call the hotel to request pickup. We were given a choice of pick up spots to wait at. With no instructions how to get there, we drug all our luggage all the way over, across the street to where everyone is waiting for all the various shuttles. It was a nightmare. Shuttles for all the hotels and parking lots pull up to the curb. There are so many people waiting, alot of shuttles are full before they reach the pick up spot. There are more stops before the number we were waiting at. Each hotel has a shuttle with their name prominently displayed. We looked for Comfort Inn forever. We kept seeing a Sleep Inn shuttle go by. Never noticed until forever later he had a 8"x11" paper taped inside front window on his Sleep Inn shuttle that said Comfort Inn. Ridiculous. The hotel was ok. Breakfast was ok.”
