“The room was big. They can put a lil more effort into cleaning the showers. Ours was discussing. Trying to get a hold of someone at the front desk when our TV wasn’t working yea that didn’t happen. They answered the phone then left us on hold for 45-50 minutes. My son went down stairs to ask them to fix it & waited there for 10-15 minutes then left cause no one was there. There was people waiting there for 10-15 minutes before my son got down there. Who knows how long they waited for someone to come. We also waited 5-10 minutes Before someone came to check us in as well the first day we got there. Won’t be staying there again.”
