“As a loyal Marriott family we frequent the Brand often. Since we are originally from the Chicago area, we traveled "home" to celebrate my Dad's 100th birthday - a surprise. This property could not have been more hospitable or kinder to our family. With 2 suites for 5 people and a fur baby, they made our home away from home so very comfortable. The front Desk staff, especially Christian, was most welcoming and attententive to everyone. The team who provides the breakfast buffet was excellent and the offerings plentiful. My children, furr baby and I had the 2 bedroom, with fireplace suite, and my husband and dad had a separate accomodation - to ensure Dad would be ok....after all he is 100. Upon check in they presented him with his first surprise, a beautiful birthday cake! All accomodating to pets, they included Sugar Plum on their welcome board too. Marriott SOPs for linen, etc are outstanding. One that my chidren in their 20's now have come to know and appreciate our homes away from home. Excellent Schaumburg property!”
