“From the moment we walked in, this hotel exceeded every expectation. Although we arrived very late, the staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere had that perfect balance of convenience and hospitality — right in the heart of Sarasota. My kids loved the covered pool. We did not have to worry about sunscreen until we went to the beach. But the true highlight of our stay was breakfast, and that's all thanks to Chef OZ. His omelets were absolutely incredible. They were cooked to perfection, packed with fresh ingredients, and made exactly how you wanted them. Every morning we made a point of getting in line for one, and every single time OZ delivered. You can tell his genuinely takes pride in his craft. If you're staying at this Embassy Suites, do not skip breakfast. Find OZ and let him make you an omelet. It's worth setting your alarm for.
