“Location and room was clean I asked for a 1st floor and was told none was available. There was only only 20 cars in the parking lot. The young man that checked me in seemed like he did not want to be there. The bed was to firm and they need to redo the bathrooms with toilets that adults can use. Breakfast was very very limited. Waffles and a few other items but no juice machine. I have stayed here a few times and it has gone down hill since it is no longer a Super 8. I went to the front desk to get another key when I locked myself out of my room. I had to dial the front desk while at the front desk, it rang for 5 or 6 times before before someone answered. When the guy finally came out he appeared I woke him up and its was about 9 a.m. Next time I will drive the 20 miles to Grand Island where I can stay at a major chain hotel that has better customer service and a real hot breakfast with a juice machine.”
