“Located near Levi Stadium. Walkable which is nice because Uber there was only $10 and but the way back is $160 and we'd probably get back about the same time as Uber because the roads are blocked up with the traffic. Our plane kept delaying our flight and so we made the decision to drive from Phoenix to Santa Clara to make it for the World Cup game. I called twice stating our situation but are definitely keeping and needing to check in that morning so we can take a quick nap and shower. We are reassured no problem. When we arrive after a 12 hour drive at 8:30 am, it takes 25 minutes to get someone to the front desk, the guy there says they gave the room away. After pushing to give us a room because it has been paid for + reassurance from them, he didn't know how to make this happen and had to be handheld by someone over the phone to get it done. Breakfast is grab and go thus basic. No big deal for us but if it matters for others”
