“A solid Marriott property in a good location. It's not the largest hotel or the nicest, but they have a great staff and do the right things right. Arriving by motorcycle while on a two-month trip, the valet was friendly, helpful and told us where to park the bikes in their secure parking area. I also liked how I was only charged $50 plus tax for parking two bikes when cars are charged $75. Check-in was the same with no issues getting a 4 pm check out so we could leave our riding gear in our room while we visited Alcatraz before hitting the road. the have no M club, but the coupons for the good breakfast buffet were a worthy substitute for lifetime Platinum Rewards members. The fitness center has everything you need and the cool scented towlettes are a nice touch. It's a short walk to Pier 44 where the boats depart for Alcatraz. I'd stay here again.”
