“Franco was so friendly at check in. He arranged that our room could be on the same floor as our son’s family. We arrived mid afternoon and our room was not ready understandable. Franco offered us water and we enjoyed sitting in the lobby watching the people go by. A short time later, we received a phone call that our room was ready. If Franco saw us in the lobby during our stay he wanted to make sure everything was good. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of delicious cold and hot foods. The lady manager (I can’t recall her name) was so sweet. She stopped our table each day as well as others to check in on how everything is going. Gave great advice on restaurants and sites to see. Her breakfast staff was so friendly and always busy clearing tables and keeping everything well stocked.”
