“The only positive part was the staff who brought our food for breakfast and the woman taking our order. Room was clean. Front desk was not pleasant upon check in. My husband and I stood there for a good 2-3 mins while we waited for the staff late at night (10pm we came late to check in) and no one else was in line. We waited for the staff to finish their conversation. Then the next day the woman working the front desk this morning was rude and looked stressed. She was very loud & heard her constantly apologizing to men about something at the desk. Breakfast wasn’t very clear either. Wasn’t a traditional biggest style spread, it was confusing for us first timers. Ordering in line and have the Starbucks people take our orders. The waiting staff was very kind. They brought our food with a smile.”
