“Nothing really except the price. I will gladly pay extra to avoid having to stay at this place ever again. The staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I arrived fifteen minutes before checkout and had just driven three hours. I walked into the lobby, advised that I had reservations.But could I please use the restroom.I was not allowed to use the restroom.And not allowed to check in early, considering that the person at the front desk said there was no public restrooms available. While I was there a door dash driver arrived with a pizza for a guest. He was an elderly gentleman and so jovial and friendly, and these people that run the place ,or own it, were so rude to him.It hurt my feelings, but the man just kept being his happy self. KUDOS TO HIM. I never saw the people at the front desk crack a smile or say hello, to anybody when they entered the premises.I mean, they were just ugly and very rude.”
