“We stayed here for one night with a family of six, including two seniors and two kids. We arrived in the evening, but our Booking.com reservation wasn't showing up in the hotel's system, leading to a long and stressful check-in process. To our surprise, based on what bookings.com transmitted the details to them, we were given two double-bed rooms, which couldn’t accommodate six people comfortably. While we usually get a rollaway bed in these situations, the hotel couldn't provide one due to fire and safety regulations. Thankfully, Steven handled our check-in beautifully. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and upgraded us to a better room (with an additional charge for the rollaway bed), which made a stressful process much lighter. We truly appreciate Steven's excellent hospitality! However, Booking.com needs to ensure they coordinate the correct room sizes and capacities with hotels to prevent these issues Property is nice and staff is also nice.”
