From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and seamless—we were even able to check in early and received a room upgrade, which made our stay feel extra special. We were there for a convention, and even with so many guests, the staff was exceptional. The three of us all felt the same—we were treated incredibly well throughout our entire stay. Every team member, from the front desk to valet, bellhops, and restaurant staff, was kind, attentive, and professional. The restaurants inside the hotel were also amazing—delicious food and excellent service across the board. I loved every part of this experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sacramento.”
