“Day 1: Attendant stated they did not have any eggs. Would be receiving eggs the next day. Day 2: there was no ham. saud=sage or ham. Overall: Choices were limited. Check-in: Assigned a handicap room. We are not handicapped. Had to requested another non-handicapped room. Second room: Toilet was not as clean as it should have been. Toilet backed up. Notified desk who stated maintenace would be notified. Waited 45 minutes and maintenance did not show up. Returned six hours later and maintenance still did not show up. Overall: toilet paper was never restocked; Had to request at deska and was given rolls that were not full. Body wash and hair conditioner were an eighth full. Wall texture was peeling from ceiling. Credensa doors would not remain closed. Had to use folded up paper to keep closed. There was a different person at the front desk evertime I went by. Had to go to different floor for ice as ice machine on the floor was inoperable.”
