“The location was good. Close to the gas station, Walmart, and restaurants. The staff acted as though they didn't care about anything. They were dismissive almost to the point of being rude. The door to the outside at the end of the building had a faulty lock. When I told them, they didn't care. I said "the door at the end has a lock that won't read key cards to let me in", the answer I got was, "well it should" The room smelled musty and moldy, the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, and there was very obvious water damage in the bathroom above the showerhead up to the ceiling. There was a bubble like water had pooled behind the paint and it had been sliced open to empty. We were told that we couldn't have housekeeping unless we walked to the front desk by 9am to specifically ask for something. The air-conditioning also didn't work properly. It wouldn't stay running. So we just used the fan instead. Thankfully it wasn't insanely hot outside during our stay. Very disappointed in our stay”
