“The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I'm sorry to say that this is a worn out hotel. The room was clean, however it had a smell of maybe chemicals used to clean that burned my eyes and stuck to my clothes. The curtains had holes in them, the sink counter top had a big crack in it. The toilet was so low and small it looked like it came out of an elementary school. When I went to turn on the heat, it smelled like an animal had died inside, so we just left it off. The upholstered chairs in the breakfast area were all very stained and dirty looking. Only one elevator seemed to be working and the working one was in need of a good scrub down. The seating in the lobby was worn and peeling. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. The only reason we ended up staying was that we spent all day and evening with family so we were only at the hotel to sleep. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, I didn't see any bugs and the staff were all nice. I'm just saying, I would not stay here again.”
