“The unsanitary condition of the rooms at this hotel was such that my husband and I checked out within 20 minutes of our arrival. Filthy doesn’t begin to describe it. Urine on the bathroom floor. Bugs in the shower. Stains on the linens. As a Wyndham rewards member, I was utterly shocked. When I raised my concerns with the front desk employee, I was told there would be no refund. He did call the hotel manager who reiterated that. I was shown two additional rooms that were in similar condition. Advised that I would be posting a review on social media. The response was: I really don’t care. So much for hospitality! It is highly unlikely that I will ever again book a room at a hotel that is part of Wyndham “resort” chain.”
