“My daughter had the good fortune of staying at this awesome hotel on her recent class trip to NYC. The beds were comfortable, the shower was a sizable with good water pressure, and there was ample counter space. The spot where the hotel is located felt safe and was close to the subway. She also liked the food each morning. For me, my daughter has food restrictions so I had to mail some snacks for her. The staff was kind and helpful. In fact, after sending a few things to the hotel for my daughter, I accidentally sent some expensive honey to the hotel via Amazon, which the wonderful manager Enzo successfully shipped back to me in California. There was another super helpful young man who helped me figure out how to ship things to and from the hotel, but I'm blanking on his name. Anyway, don't hesitate to book a room at this hotel, whether it's just you and your family or friends or 23 middle schoolers and 5 chaperones. You won't be disappointed!”
