“While not all of our experiences were positive, some staff members were friendly and helpful. The advertised "free, healthy breakfast" was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, but it was very disappointing. The selection was minimal, consisting of small granola bars, pre-boiled eggs that appeared to have been prepared off-site, small yogurts with no spoons provided, and individually wrapped mini muffins on only one of the two mornings we stayed. Instead, we ended up eating breakfast at Bob Evans down the street, adding an unexpected cost to our trip. We also experienced several issues with our room. We requested a room change because our first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. In the second room, the shower did not work, and the floor was noticeably dirty. In addition, we were not told how to access the Wi-Fi or that hair dryers were available upon request until our second day, which made our stay less convenient than expected.”
