“It was in a good location with a good view of the river. Staff was friendly. When we checked in they put a hold on my credit card for the full cost of the room plus the deposit. When I checked out they ran my card for the cost of the room after already putting the hold on my card so bank account was overdrawn by over $275 all weekend and I was unable to purchase anything. Have never ever had the room added to the deposit hold before anywhere I have stayed. When I called they said don't worry its just a hold it will fall off in 5-7days. 😠 I guess if you have loads of money that's ok. Also the one elevator is in a vary inconvenient location all the way on the opposite side of the facility from where the rooms are located.”
