“The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The tub & sink were clean.There was a small refrigerator in the room. The checkin was a little bumpy. I was told I could check in early, but was given a hard time about it when I arrived. I was told I had to wait until 2:30, so I sat in the lobby. She proceeded to check me in when I sat down. The toilet was not clean. The breakfast was pitiful. There were no sources of protein besides dairy. There were waffles, fruit, cereals and pastries. I guess they consider that the standard American diet though.When we got back on the 2nd night, our room smelled like a very strong chemical. They brought in another roll of toilet paper, and some towels, but didn't make the bed.”
