“Upon arriving at our room, we encountered several issues that made our stay extremely disappointing. The sink drain was clogged and draining very slowly, and the bathroom itself was not clean. We attempted to fill our water bottles before heading out, but the water dispensers were not providing cold water. The ice machine was out of service, and the pool was also unavailable. The next morning, the hot breakfast items were cold, and we waited 30 minutes for coffee because the machine had reportedly been broken for days, requiring staff to go to another hotel to fill the carafes. At checkout, we raised all of these concerns with the front desk, but the manager closed his office door without coming out to speak with us. We received neither an apology nor an explanation.”
