“After a nightmarish stay in Sedona, Arizona, I made an unexpected visit to Park City to make up for it. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff's kindness. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly sensitive, gracious, and genuinely caring. I was not judged for being a solo female traveler, and my puppy was treated exceptionally well. One staff member stood out, Mike at the front desk, who did everything in his power to ensure the dog and I could enjoy our much-needed vacation. It’s rare to encounter someone who makes you feel so welcomed and valued. On top of that, no one here made me feel judged. Mike's warmth and attentiveness made a wonderful stay absolutely memorable. I am so grateful for their thoughtfulness and will absolutely be returning.”
