“This hotel is set right in front of the mountains in Palm Springs and is very private but walking distance to everything needed. We arrived late at night and was greeted by Lyn at the front desk who warmly welcomed us and went above and beyond to make sure we got to our room quick and easy. She was incredibly helpful over the few days we were there. The hotel is lucky to have someone like her! The breakfast and lunch chichi’s was good and make sure to go next door to Melvyn’s. It’s a steakhouse with lots of history and the bartender Sue was a pleasure to talk with. The pools and spa are very relaxing and well maintained. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to staying again. Thank you!”
