“My wife and I stayed at this location for a few days recently and were surprised by its condition. While we did not read many reviews due to a busy season of work, we realized that we should have. This location is not a hotel, it is a property which consists of various buildings that are in disrepair. They seem to be making efforts to improve as we witnessed construction on the unit above us and nearly got hit by a flying hammer on our first day. The furnishings of the room are also in a state that is less than what we have been accustomed to at Marriott hotels. The closet doors did not slide, the glass doors with outside access did not lock and only had a bar installed at ground level to secure them. The carpet and couch were crusty and dirty as if they had not been vacuumed/cleaned. The buildings had stains as if something had been thrown at them and the landscaping in general needed much attention. The small lizards running around the sidewalks were cute and somewhat reminiscent of Jurassic Park. The breakfast was not as bad as some had indicated and the coffee was pretty good. The staff in general were nice and respectful. We had made several reservations in advance using a third party so canceling our second and third was quite difficult, but we persevered and the hotel graciously granted a refund. Just don't expect a 3 star hotel if you choose to stay here. it is much closer to a one star. There seemed to be many people staying there who were traveling for work and some were pretty rough around the edges.”
