“Hotel is conveniently located near Universal Studios. Reviews say you can walk but it would be a hike crossing busy streets and intersections. We took the free shuttle but you need to make a reservation in advance. We had no difficulty reserving and took it to both Epic and The City Walk drop off point. There are scheduled shuttles in the evening on first come first serve basis. Last shuttles are 8:40 PM. Breakfast was satisfactory and there were plenty of hot and cold choices. Numerous tables but can be busy at peak times, Rooms were clean and housekeeping services each day to make beds and replenish towels. One thing to note is standard rooms are small with limited drawer space. (We were three adults and it was tight) I believe they have larger rooms and I would recommend looking into those if you plan to unpack a week’s worth of clothes. We were a family of five and had requested adjoining rooms. We arrived at 1:00 and were offered early check in, and chose that option so our rooms were a couple of rooms away from each other.”
